yeah i created one last night and got so far as to try to edit it and my brain froze. so apparently it is going to be like a blogger application. but right now i could not figure a way to
pretty it up. so i gave up.
I don't think I like Onsugar. Or, rather, it's cool but I don't really think I have any use for it, because you can't do any private blogging. I think I'll just continue do all my personal
blogging on Team.
I think it may only be live for a small group of people, because it's in beta testing now. Twinks, did you get an email from someone from Sugar telling you it was live?
I think it's basically supposed to be their version of Blogger or Wordpress. Which is all well and good if I wanted to start another blog, but I don't.
And Blogger and WP allow you to add advertising modules and stuff. I don't think Onsugar has that functionality.
I always thought you could use either one although I prefer who.
Whip, somehow I got the impression that the advertising options would sometime become available for OnSugar
Te rules say that 'who' should be used in reference to people and 'that' or 'which' should be used when referring to objects or groups, such as team or herd etc. I think the example you used
should be 'who' if we want to be grammatically correct.
Hello! first of all, I'm also not sure if I would normally say who or that, but I'll pass it on so that folks here can debate.
Secondly, OnSugar just launched in Beta mode (meaning there's only been a small group of folks invited to take a peek), and it is a blogging app. It's different from some of the others
because we're giving you free images and tools like the ones the Sugar sites use. You can also import your blog from other platforms, and the most important part: yes you can make the moola!!
You can run ads like other platforms, but we're also creating a tool that will make you money by creating spreads and blogging about things you may have written anyways.
I could go on and on (honestly, I think it's so great I actually left another Sugar site to work on it), but hey, I think we're supposed to be talking about grammar.
I've been trying to figure OnSugar out all morning. Can't create a site for some reason.

2Really? I wonder what's wrong.
Did you click on your nickname on the upper left side? You
should see the option ''Create a new site''.
3I get this message: OnSugar is currently in development and new sites cannot be created, yet.

5It looks pretty anyway.
6Twink, I created mine this morning and it worked fine.
7Whip, I'm thinking the exact same thing.
I think it may only be live for a small group of people, because it's in beta testing now. Twinks, did you get an email from someone from Sugar telling you it was live?
8Um, no.
9I got that e-mail, Whip, but I haven't really dinked around with it. If you can't do anything private, I'm not super interested in it.

11I just don't have anything worthwhile about which to blog publicly.
12Hmm. I didn't get any email but was able to create a group and check other groups out.
13Lost again
So this is just making a page about yourself with your public blogs
on it? In other words a fancy profile? LOOOOOOOOST
14I guess they just don't like me.
15I would like to see what the grammar rules are about this. I believe that and who can be interchanged mostly, but I am sure there are rules.
16I think it should be Who - which sounds better anyway.

I think it should be 'who', too.
19yeah i always use "who" when referring to people so when i see the word "that" up there it kind of drives me crazy.
i wasn't sure if there were any set rules though. just thought i was being picky.

21Who is definitely more correct, but using "that" is also acceptable. But, not by everyone.
Check out this explanation: http://grammar.quickanddirtytips.com/who-versus-that.aspx
22I think you should ask E. Jean this question.
23I personally would say 'who'. I think it compliments 'people' way better than 'that'.
24
Yeah, let's ask E. Jean
25Oooh! Thanks for the sweet link SPM!

27Who is correct, cos the noun in question is 'people' and not inanimate/non living things such as 'chair' for example.
the boy who kicked me
the chair that Jack built
28That's what she said
29whoah, you can make money by blogging????
