I've notice on a few things - airline tix, my garbage bill that there is a line and charge for
Temporary Fuel Increase
Do you think they'll actually now remove it since gas prices are at their lowest in 5 years? (At least around here)...
If they don't, will you say/do something about it?

I most likely will provided it doesn't take forever to get through to someone on the phone. With my garbage company I will. Airlines ... I might just send an email.
1I don't know about the airlines, I heard once on NPR
a few weeks ago that the airlines have to
buy their fuel in bulk up front or something and so they probably paid for it back when gas was super high so we're going to have to keep paying for that for a while. That's the way I
understood it. I don't know about the garbage bill though, I'm sure every company will continue to try to suck as much money as they can out of the consumers, so maybe lots of those companies
hope that no one will notice the charge is still on the bill... I'm sort of jaded though, and hopefully they will remove it.
2I think they'll think/hope we're so used to paying it (or don't realize we're paying it) that they'll keep it on.
3This reminds me of the time my Dad talked about coffee going about a $1 temporarily because of crop problems (supply/demand) and the price never went down again...
I'm always speaking up or calling in or emailing....so yes.

nothing to do with this but I looked over to my right and saw that 'super easy apple
crisp' and I'm staaaaaaaaaarving!!!!
5I'm waiting for all the prices to go back down. In the grocery stores, at the airlines, with the utilities, waiting waiting....
