I tend to think of these two as very similar artists, and while I really like Katy Perry as a person, I am not a fan of her music. I love Lily Allen, although I did have a bit of a beef with
her a couple of years ago when she flaked on an appearance at Carlos and Charlie's because she was hungover (at 4 in the afternoon. ) But she's long forgiven.
Lily Allen. She just seems to have so much more personality than Katy Perry. Katy Perry just screams poser and whitebread to me, even though she tries to be unconventional. Mostly, she's just
